Return Policy

 

Faulty Items:

 

We accept returns within 14 days of your purchase for FAULTY ITEMS ONLY. Pictures of the faulty item must be sent to fallingsandssurf@outlook.com, this will then be reviewed by the team before giving you further instructions.

Falling Sands Surf Apparel Reserves the right to determine a genuine fault in the item. If it is deemed there is no manufacturing fault, the original item will be sent back to you.

Sizes:

For our HOODIES and SWEATSHIRTS, we RECOMMEND ordering 1 SIZE LARGER than you would normally as these run a bit small! Please use our size guides for each product to ensure you order the correct size(s) as we cannot accept returns for any other reason.
